SUPER BOWL SNACKADIUM (how to make)

You will most likely serve Buffalo Wings, but this is a fresh herbaceous addition to your

SUPER BOWL PARTY

Seahawk Green Wings

1 cup of fresh basil leaves

1/4 cup fresh mint

1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro

1 Tbsp lime juice

2 Tbsp apple juice

4 Tbsp fish sauce

1 whole onion

5 whole cloves of garlic

1 tsp black pepper (fresh ground)

1 tsp red pepper flakes

2 lbs of chicken wings

Step 1: Cut the whole onion into quarters.

Step 2: Place everything except the chicken wings into a food processor.

Step 3: Blend until you have a puree.

Step 4: Rinse your chicken wings, place into a bowl and pour the puree over the wings. With your hands or a spoon make sure the wings are coated in the green sauce.

Step 5: Write a blog post while the wings are sitting in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 6: Heat your oven to 400 degrees and bake wings for 45 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your wings.

Step 7: Place in container and bring to game watching site - share with friends.
