CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS
TO RING IN THE NEW YEAR


CHEERS

APPLE  CHAMPAGNE

INGREDIENTS

4 

ounces Champagne or sparkling white wine

3 

ounces apple juice

1/4 

teaspoon super fine sugar

DIRECTIONS

• Add the Champagne and apple juice into a Champagne glass
• Stir in the sugar, until dissolved
• Serve with an apple slice on the rim

 
BLUE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
Ingredients you need

• 1 oz.Vodka
• 1/4 ozLemon Juice
• 2 - 3 dashesTriple Sec
• 2 - 3 dashesBlue Curacao
• Champagne

How to make a Blue Champagne CocktailCombine all ingredients except for the champagne in and ice-filled shaker and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute, top with champagne, and serve.



CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

IN A PUNCH BOWL
Ingredients

• Brut champagne
• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
• 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau
• 1 bottle club soda
• Rind of 1 orange(s)
• Slices of pineapple(s)
• Slices of orange(s)
• mint
• strawberries                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Instructions

In a punch bowl, deposit the ingredients and a berg of ice. Decorate with sliced fresh pineapple and orange and plenty of fresh mint. Crushed fresh strawberries add a gala touch, plus some flavor.

Have you considered a CHAMPAGNE BAR?  Set up an open bottle at each end of the bar. Add glasses next to the bottles and all of your flavorings in between.  Make a bottle of simple syrup to replace the sugar used in the drinks.  Consider the CHAMPAGNE PUNCH served in a large punch bowl.  You may want to write or print recipe cards for each cocktail. Your guests can serve themselves , experiment with new cocktail combinations and enjoy lively conversation.
